• Hello, I am looking for a solution to this problem I have. I dropship items from Aliexpress through a Dropship & Fulfill plugin through WooCommerce. However, this only allows me to have one item per Ali link. Is there a way to merge two items from two different Aliexpress links into one product? Or at least somewhere for me to leave a note about where the other Ali link is? I suppose I could make notes on my computer but I’d like to have it all logged into WordPress.

If there’s also a way to take 1 product with several variations and make a simple product out of each variation?

You could use one of the custom field plugins to add an extra field where additional Ali links could be entered. Without more coding, not much happens with entered data beyond it being saved. Maybe that’s enough.

Of course you could manually make separate products instead of using variations. I’m sure you know that, so I’m not sure what you really want to do. What do you hope to accomplish?

That’s a very fair question haha. Thinking about it now I’m probably just being too lazy. I sell clothes. A listing on Ali has several different styles that I want as their each individual product. I could find separate pages for each but it’s never the same price/supplier. I can do this all manually of course and log notes separately but I’m just looking for something akin to a finger snap. I’m not a great coder so if you could recommend a plugin that might help me I’m all ears.

You’re probably aware of all the AliExpress extensions available from WooCommerce. If one of those aren’t helpful, you’re likely going to need something custom coded. Once you’re in the custom code realm, it’s very likely you can import variations as separate products. I’m not familiar with the data we’d get from AliExpress, so couldn’t say for sure. As long as the data is adequate, it’s possible.
