Using Nimble Sections with action-hooks?

Hi,

I made a Coloumn with a menu in it. It shows on the front page, using customizr theme. I want to show this coloumn on every page, so i thought, i use the __after_header hook.

Is there a way to save this coloumn and load it on every page? Some kind of shortcut i could use with the hook?

I know I can copy the html-output and CSS to realize this, but is there a more easy way? Just like saying “that is a great element, show this on every page / post after the header”?
