Using *Off* in Exclude Headings Makes TOC+ Cause Errors

Hi,

I noticed that on some posts my table of contents would show the first heading and was not in correct heading order as it normally does. I narrowed it down to if I add *Off* into the advanced exclude headings section then some headings stopped working in TOC. For example a H2 “Does The Sun Look Yellow?” heading wouldn’t appear in TOC if I add *Off*

That is weird as the word off is not in the heading so not sure how the wildcard is excluding that heading example. There were other random headings without the word off that would do the same.
