Using Page Builder with a Custom Theme

Hey,
How do I add a page created using Page Builder to my existing site.
It is located at https://yummyfoodtrip.com/
I’m trying to recreate this page https://yummyfoodtrip.com/flavours/ with Page Builder at https://yummyfoodtrip.com/new-flavours/Some code is obivously missing, but I’m not sure what.
Also, I would like to maintain that left side bar using https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-create-a-sticky-floating-sidebar-widget-in-wordpress/ and https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/ . Would this work?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
