Using Page Organizer on “leaves” theme

I am successfully using the “page organizer” to categorize pages on a couple of my blogs. I am using a new theme “leaves” on one blog. The “page organizer” plug-in does not work correctly on this theme. Renders properly in IE, but not FF or NS. Anyone know any way to fix this?
