Using plugin on a mobile device

I am on travel and do not have access to a PC. I wish to adapt my website through my smartphone. Is it possible to use the reorder posts or pages on a mobile device with touch screen options only? I have not managed to as of yet. On PC I have no problems using this plugin and works great.
