This will be an option in the next version of the plugin, coming soon.

Great! Thanks for the fast response. If there’s a way to receive a notification of the release of the next version, I would love to know.

The new version is now available. You now can add these expanding text animations to any page by using a checkbox on each page / post editor screen.

Version 3.0 should be available in the plugin directory soon, or you can download it here: https://bryangentry.us/easy-faq-page-with-expanding-text-wordpress-plugin/. Let me know if you have any questions.

Other new features include improved, smoother animations, improved ability to have photos and videos in the “answer” sections, and visual cues that indicate that the headings can be clicked.

So now the effect can be used for anything, except the original FAQ-accordion functionality?

    Lovely ??

I’ll have to try different formatting to check if it works with any type of content, but until now it’s very effective and easy to use for the original purpose.

    Many thanks
(you just got a symbolic donation)

and yes it works like a charm for other stuff too.

I’ve now decided to use it also as a replacement for a tabs’ construction I had (presenting audio-samples), it’s easy to format and the tabs-plugin conflicted with unknown stuff elsewhere…

Thanks so much, you’ve saved me lots of time & frustration ??
