Using PMPro with Woocommerce plugin but not renewing

  • Hi, I have a website that sells cake bars (different flavors monthly). I have implemented Woocommerce with PMPro plugin and Woocommerce pmpro add on plugin. When a customer buys a membership for 6 months, the person pays the membership upfront and gets charged $5 for 6 months. It does everything right but it does not charge the $5 monthly (recurring payment). I get the payment but not the $5 monthly. Stripe API, WordPress, Plugins are all updated. Please help

  • Hello eddieneg,

    Please verify that the Recurring Subscription tick box is checked and the Billing Amount fields are properly filled out for the Membership Level that is associated with the Woo Commerce product.
