Using podPress I get a "missing plugin" error while trying to play an wmv video

Hi,

I am new to using podPress. I have been able to get the MP3 podcasts to play without any problem. It is a different story however with the videos. One of my users has uploaded a .wmv file and when you click to play it you get a “Missing Plugin” error.

Can someone please help me fix this problem?
