using points for discount and stack with coupon

About your query, we would like to inform you that user can apply points discounts and coupon discounts in a single order and there is no such restriction that they can apply any one of them.

hey, coupons on woocommerce are not stackable by default, they cannot use coupon with another coupon however we want them to be able to use their points alongside a current promotion

But currently we don’t have such restriction in our plugin where you can make user to apply points with coupon discount

doesnt let me add coupon redemption against any coupon

In reference to your response, points discount and wocommerce coupon can be applied in a single order and there is no such restriction in our plugin that user cannot apply points if the user has applied a wocommerce coupon discount .

All coupons on website are set to Individual use only so customer doesnt stack coupon 1 with coupon 2.

Tick this box if the coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

When this is done, it wont allow points to be used as discount along side an existing coupon

The reason behind this issue might be because the points discount works similar to the way how wocommerce coupon works so which is why points discount is also not applicable in this scenario when you have set this limitation in wocommerce coupon.
