Using post excerpt with Kanji characters

  • Hi, For WP show posts I have the excerpt length set at 20 words. Unfortunately, this does not seem to work with Kanji Characters.

    There appear to be no answers to previous posts talking about excerpt taking more words than requested.

    Please advise how to fix this problem.
