• Good day!

    We have been using the official Postmark plugin but are testing the Solid Mail plugin (since we are Solid customers). We are choosing to set up the plugin using Postmark. We are using the correct API (that works in the Postmark Plugin). When we send a test email, we get this error: https://share.cleanshot.com/6rJzyGT9

    It looks like the plugin is still trying to use SMTP even though we chose the API.

    Do you have any insight into how we can fix this? Thanks!

  • We are experiencing the same issue and are unable to connect. This is working with your competitor’s plugin (the official Postmark plugin) and we have deactivated it to install Solid Mail.

    Looking forward to a resolution as we have already installed this on other sites a few weeks back and it worked wonderfully.

    Could you please check your Solid Mail email logs (Dashboard > Solid Mail > Mail Logs) for any error messages? This will help us identify and resolve the connection issue you’re experiencing.
