Using product short description

    Hello,

    I’d like to use the product “short description” instead of standard long description for the Google listings and I found this snipped on the plugin official documetnation:

    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_gla_use_product_short_description’, ‘__return_true’ );

    I put this snipped into my theme functions.php but it didn’t work. (it’s already 2 days and the descriptions in google are still standard)

    Am I doing something wrong?
