Using rel="shadowbox" with video hosting sites

I have been trying to use the rel=”shadowbox” attribute with the embed code for a video hosted at Wistia.com but I can’t seem to figure out where to put the attribute. Is is even possible or is there a different technique to use when embedding long blocks of code from video hosting sites. Here is a sample of the code that I am embedding in my post:
