Using ‘resend emails’ in wp smtp mail causes template to be added twice

    Hi, I use this plugin to add a header and footer to all emails sent by my site. It works brilliantly but when I resend an email using wp smtp mail plugin it adds the template twice so I see the template within the template. This is the case with other mail resending plugins too.

    The way I get around this at the moment is to turn the plugin off before resending any emails but I wondered if there might be a way to resolve this without needing to turn the plugin off?

    Hope you are doing good.

    We tested it on our staging website and didn’t reproduce the issue.

    It’s possible can you provide us with a screen-recorded video of this issue?

    Also, you can change the SMTP plugin and try any other SMTP plugin and test it.

    If you added any new plugin recently to your website try to disable it and test it? Sometimes other plugins create conflicts with our or any other plugins.

    Still, there is an issue then try to share the complete process video.
