Using rollover on thumbnails

  • Hello,

    I am quite new to this. I have my site up and running and would like to tweek it. The url is chizhaus.com

    I would like to be able to have a rollover where the project name comes up over the image when you rollover the image and remove it from underneath.

    Would this be something done thru jetpack?

    Any advice would be helpful.
