    I am using sand box credentials and payment is deducted by g pay but got error Error processing payment. Reason: API Authorization check failed. Ensure you have entered your API keys correctly and the user associated with your API keys has the proper permissions.

    The error message is self-explanatory, you need to verify that you entered your API keys and your merchant ID correctly.

    Once you re-enter all of your API keys test the connection and re-test a transaction. If it fails And you are certain you have entered your API keys correctly then you need to check the permissions of the user associated with the API keys.

    How to check this “then you need to check the permissions of the user associated with the API keys.” i already test the connection after entering all id and keys it giving connection test successfully so can you please explain how to do that “user associated with your API keys has the proper permissions.”
