Using Scheduled Post URL To View Blog Before Scheduled Time

Is there a work around or plugin where a scheduled post URL can be shared and viewed, but not published on the front or category page or searchable until it is published?

I have blogs that are scheduled to appear on the site almost daily at midnight but then I want the blog to be shared on social media at 6:30am and 2pm.

To use Hootsuite for publishing on social media, I need to wait until after the blog is published or else there are errors on Facebook and LinkedIn. This is quite inconvenient.

Having a functional URL that cannot be viewed by the general public until published but can be viewed by folks who have the URL would be helpful for scheduling posts on Hootsuite or even directing on FB using FB’s scheduled post function.
