Using *select for custom email AND subject line

I have something like this so that the form is delivered to emails based on what is selected.
[select* reason “—-” “401K Questions|[email protected]” “Account Access|[email protected]”]
But I also want the reason in the subject line.
So how could I get , for example, 401K Questions in the subject line if they choose it?
