Using selective display conditions

    Hello,

    I build my website with Elementor pro, using Polyang and Polylang Connect for Elementor. I would like to know if there is a way to enable this plugin working with display conditions other than “All site”.
    Specifically, there are pages in which I don’t want to show the footer (e.g. the homepage or the T&C page) but if I select only those pages in the display condition of the English footer (main language), the twin footer in the second language (German) is not able to recognize this selection and doesn’t show anywhere.

    Have you already made any page specific display rules for the footer?

    No I gave up as in this way it’s not displaying correctly. I tried again right now:

    1. I set English footer (first language) to display only for homepage
    –? German footer doesn’t display anywhere in the german website
    2. I tried to select the same condition for the German footer template, with the DE_Homepage ofc but the only pages that I can select from are the one in English
    –? I tried to anyway select the only this one hoping it would anyway work for the German but website but nothing displays anywhere

    Any suggestions?

    Solved:

    On the English footer template, the display conditions must be set to Include Entire site and Exclude Terms & Condition (Or page of choice) on a singular page.

    On the German page template, the display conditions are set to Exclude allgemeine-geschaftsbedingungen (Or page of choice) on a singular page.

    Remember to leave the “include” display selection as blank for secondary language.
