Using server cron instead of wp cron

    Hi there,

    we disabled wp-cron and prefer to use server cron, but the CTX feed status shows that wp cron is disabled and we need to enable it. Will server cron not work?

    Thanks for reaching us.

    To set up auto-updates using real cron, first disable wp-cron and then follow the documentation on – How To Setup Cron for Auto Feed update?

    However, if you still see the message “wp cron is disabled and need to enable it”, please, ignore this. It will not cause any issue while auto updating the feeds using server cron.
