Using shortcodes in e-mail links

    Hi

    I want to use shortcodes in a link in the emails. Each WordPress-users have an id, which can be shown with a shortcode.

    I want to create a link or button in the e-mail where the link is https://www.example.com/%5Buser_id%5D – but when I send the e-mail the shortcode does not convert to the user id.

    How can I fix this?
