using ShortPixel Image Optimizer with a local serverpress develoment website

    This is a new user question which is kind of important because I would prefer to know before discovering after much time spent it will not work. I am using serverpress to create my new website. I would like to know if this plugin will function in this development environment. Which is on a windows xampp local host. The machine has internet access. Some of these image optimization tools apparently do not.
