Using ‘simple’ form layout and image isn’t posting

    Hello, I used the simple form layout, copied from your website, and there are two problems I’m having.

    First, in your demo there is a ‘Location’ box which doesn’t show on my page. I’d like to have it and, if possible, change it to a ‘Description’ box.

    Secondly, I tried to upload a photo but it doesn’t show, not only on my page but also not in the UPG Gallery the Title is there but under Thumbnail it says, “No image available”. I uploaded a JPEG.

    Let me know the shortcode you used in your page and from where you copied the simple form ?

    Are you only going to deal with images only or video post also required ?

    I used: [upg-post layout=”simple” type=”image” ajax=”false” preview=”basic”], copied from your website page https://odude.com/demo/add-image/simple-form-image/.

    I think given our ages photos will be challenging enough, so no videos.

    Your everything looks Ok, there must be some settings issue.
    The location field is custom field, which you need to create it but slightly complicated for simple users.

    This is better for use and easily can add the field yous you require.
    Also mail me directly at [email protected] if you have installed Flexi.

    Thank you for the Flexi plugin. It looks good and I like the documentation you have with it as it is very helpful. However, when I did a test and uploaded an image from my computer it looked promising until I pressed the View Post button (can I change it to View Image?) and it shows nothing. My text is there but just a blank box for the photo.

    I got your email, I will follow up you there regarding Flexi which is better alternative.
