Using tags in the shortcode not working

I am using this shortcode to try to pull in posts designated with a specific tag.

[rpwe limit="10" tag="health" thumb="true" thumb_height="200" thumb_width="200" readmore="true"]

It displays not posts when I preview this. I have check and that is the slug for 8 post published on the site. Do I need to modify the shortcode?
