Using the add review feature

    Hi

    I have set up the shortcode [cusrev_reviews_grid] on my product page with the add review feature set to True and it is working fine. Any one who bought the product can add a review.

    But for convenience I also set up a new page using the same shortcode, and having the extra care of setting products, to the correct id product I want to add a review. Unfortunately in this case each time I want to add a review, I get the message :

    Only customers who have purchased this product may leave a review. Please use the same email address as in your order for this product.

    I dont understand why the same shortcode works on the product page but not in a standard wordpress page. I am using the same email for both cases.

    Hi,

    On the product page, I see the same message when trying to submit a new review. Here is the screenshot https://imgur.com/0czW5Gf

    You can change the review permission in Reviews > Settings > Review Forms tab > Review Permissions.

    Hi, not sure what you are asking me.

    My issue is that in the Product page:?https://mariablaquier.com/producto/curso-astrologia-horaria-sta-nivel-practicante/, I am able to leave a review, but when using https://mariablaquier.com/resena-curso-antiscia/ to leave a reviwew, using the correct email, the email is not recognized as having bought that product
