Using the default theme 2023

I am not seeing Event blocks to be used in the Block Editor. I noticed this resource: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/an-introduction-to-event-blocks/
The various blocks are not available in the Post Editor with the default theme Twenty Twenty Three active. Only the Events Blocks -> Events List is seen on the bottom of the Block Inserter screen. I have no plans on using the Events Calendar in the Site Editor only in the Post Editor, but I need to be able to create an event and use the various Event blocks in the new dev site.
