• Hello,

When I try to empty the YARPP cache manually, we see this error:

‘There is some error. Please refresh the page and try again!’

It’s a very random error and I don’t know how to fix this.

    Could you help me out?

Hi @kevinbrands Are there any errors in the browser console or in the error log? Would you be able to share a screenshot?

    Hi @jeffparker ,

There are no errors in the console at the moment.

And there is no error in the error log around the time I try to empty the cache.

    What else could it be?

It’s quite hard to say @kevinbrands with no errors anywhere. Would it be at all possible to get admin access to take a look? this would greatly expedite getting to an answer. jay at yarpp dot com.

    Hi @jeffparker ,

It’s not possible at the moment to give you admin access.

Do you have any known conflicts with certain plugins that might be causing this issue?

@kevinbrands None that we know of. But we have come across plugins in the past that have had poor javascript code that has conflicted. Getting a fix out and working with the plugin developer to resolve is usually quite possible and quick if we reach out to them — we just need to know which of the thousands of possible plugins it may be. Would it be possible for you to disable one plugin and a time to try to isolate a possible plugin conflict?
