Using the plugin on a load balanced site

    I have two versions of a site running. On is a staging instance that is a single AWS instance. The live site is configured with Elastic Bean Stalk and is usually several instances in a load balancer. The import will run correctly on the staging site, but I get a variety of errors on the load balanced server including that the post cannot be inserted and that the rss feed in invalid. With this plugin work on a load balanced AWS server?

    Hi Mary,

    Load balanced sites can be quite fragile or fail in unpredictable ways. Our testing platform, https://www.wpallimport.com/try/, is hosted on a load balanced, autoscaling AWS cluster. So, we can say with certainty that it can work on a load balanced AWS server.

    That said, we haven’t tested against Elastic Bean Stalk, so perhaps there are some issues in there that are preventing it from working properly.
