Using the RSS feeds from your Links

I filled in all of the RSS feed links from my Links in the admin interface. But I want to use this info on my links page. Is there a plugin available that not only shows the name of the link, the URI, but also the RSS link (e.g. a link that says ‘RSS Feed’), eventually combined with a “last updated” option?
