In writing a follow up article about a long meeting I put on youtube I found myself referring to specific times in the video and wishing I could make each a pop-up video that started at that specific time. And I came across your plugin WP Video_Lightbox.
After installing I couldn’t find anything about start times in the docs on the shortcodes so I copied the took the tack of copying YT’s share code with the time stuck on the end. so my video ID aQDfyNj85f8 becomes aQDfyNj85f8&t=15m52s for example.
On this page you can see the effect: https://www.gftv.ca/?p=2521
The part at the end of the post (after the 3 embedded videos) has a slew of links that all say ‘Watch and hear’. They all popup BUT if they end up starting at the right place it is completely arbitrary.
When I hover the mouse over these links I see the correct YT link. In Chrome and Firefox I can ‘open in new tab’ and it begins at the correct time.
I understand that start time is not an officially supported shortcode option but I cam curious if you have any suggestions how to get this little hack to work out consistently.

Hi, I have absolutely no idea either. Currently the plugin only supports “rel=0” parameter which prevents YouTube from showing suggested videos at the end.

    Hi xabmle,

I am experiencing the same issue. Did you ever get it to work? Or if not, did you find a workaround or different plugin that accomplishes the same thing but allows for start time parameter?
