Using the WP Scraper for Multiple URLs

I have a client who wants to take their posts from 4 different websites, only one of which uses WordPress, and have it scraped into one page and have it list chronological. Is this possible?
Normally I’d just import the posts, but they want to have the posts jump to the child site from the parent.
