Using Theme Option

    Hello,
    I an very new for this but a successfully developed a theme and the only thing i cant figure out is how do i show Div section only if its selected from dropdown menu in theme option?
    it will be very helpful if someone help me out

    code i tried is

    <?php if ( get_option("youtube-subs") ) : ?>
			<?php do_action( 'Subs_youtube' ); ?>
			<?php endif ;?>
