Using this for multiple business pages?

To answer your question, if you managing multiple pages and multiple websites than to each website you need to add the WP-Chatbot plugin and for each website connect the Facebook page.
Managing multiple pages/websites with one FB user account is possible.

There is another way of doing things,
1. open https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ and sign in
2. Connect one page for start
3. Then click on Chatbot -> click on Website Chat widget
4. Create a widget by following the steps
5. Then you need to copy code and add to header.php
