Using this plugin with XML files?

How would I use this to parse an xml file? I’m coding some drills in Javascript to help learn languages(real-world ones, not computer ?? ); the data for this is stored in xml files. Where/how do I get the files onto the site, and then can I use javascript through this plugin to parse them?
