Using this with buddypress/buddyboss

I have a buddypress multinetwork setup. Is there any way to have the subsite posts cross post to other sites?

Ex:

Site 1: USA – members in the US
Site 2: Tennessee – members in the USA/Tennessee
Site 3: Knoxville – members in USA/Tennessee/Knoxville

If I’m a member of the USA site, there may be posts relevant for the members of all sites downstream.

Is there a way to have them automatically post, and then if a user is on any site, the comments filter across all sites?
