Using this with once certain products

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to use this on only particular products and apply a flat fee to others?

As currently it with what I’m doing its applying both the distance based fee and then the flat fee on top. I want customers with certain products to only have the flat fee option and then on other products only have the Distance based fee.

Any help would be appreciated, I hope the above makes sense.
