I’d like to buy the premium version of the plug-in but I need a specific function. Our client uses 2 different Google Tags for two languages in the website done with Polylang. At the moment we have it configured in the head of the site but we like to add the Google Tag through the plug-in. Is it possible to have two different Google Tags for both languages?

    Hi @jaccombu,

It’s a bit of an unusual set-up, so we don’t support adding both GTM codes within the Wizard. However, Complianz only needs to know whether you use Tag Manager (by indicating this in the Wizard > Cookies > Statistics) so that you are able to fire the Complianz events. It would be perfectly valid to place one of the codes by entering it in the Wizard and to import the remaining script/GTM code inside the <head> tags, as Complianz will also block it prior to consent if necessary.

    Hope it helps.
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi Jarno,

Thanks for your reply. I have downloaded the plug-in and configured as you described but I still see the cookies being placed on the tag I placed in the head. What settings do I need to enable?

    Kind regards,

    Jacco

    Hi @jaccombu

Can you share a link to the website in question, so I can have a closer look at how it behaves? You can also reach out to us via email “[email protected]” if you’d rather not share it publicly.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
