Using user profile to fill company details.

Hi,

I have a site that allows users to register as a recruiter and gives them unlimited job postings. These users tend to be using a multi posting platform to post to a number of job boards.

My question is; Can I use the users profile info as well as a couple of custom fields rather than the default company fields from the job post itself. Even to the point where I could disable the company fields for users registered as a “Recruitment Agency”. This would work by every time they post a job it pulls in the users info just like a blog post and the avatar.

I hope this makes some sense.
