    Yes you should.

    It’s hard to say which one is faster (plugin or cloudflare) so you should run some tests to find out which one is the most suitable solution for your site.

    This is true of any plugin that you’re using that’s doing minify as well & not just Better WordPress Minify. If you’re using W3TC, for example, you don’t want to enable Minify there & on CloudFlare. You should only run one minify option on your site.
