    Hi Jo,

My client wanted to display certain items from ebay on a page. I am using the Flatsome theme with the UXBuilder. I can get the feed to work perfectly, until the next time I update the site. I then have to go back and edit all the settings and keyword options for it to work again. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Damon

    Hi Damon,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you are having this issue. I have not encountered this before.

Without purchasing the Flatsome theme I cannot attempt to replicate the root of the conflict, however if you just want a quick fix you could always generate your code snippet through the Auction Nudge website (https://www.auctionnudge.com/tools/your-ebay-items) and manually install it on your page.

You can add the code snippet to your page manually by pasting it into the “Text” tab of the WordPress content editor, using the built-in WordPress Text/HTML widget or using a plugin to add JavaScript to a page.

Whether you use the WordPress plugin or generate a snippet through the site Auction Nudge will function in the same way.

Apologies I don’t have a solution for you right now, but I hope this helps.

Do let me know if I can help with anything else.
