    Hi there,
Seeing as this awesome plugin seems to cover off on all security related issues you’d want to (without being too obsessive compulsive about things) would you consider (in your opinion) using it in conjunction with another security related plugin (WordFence for example) as being possible overkill?
No judgement on the merits of any other security plugins required, just your opinion on using BulletProof with other security plugins & whether or not you’d ‘think’ it necessary.
I personally would prefer to just use one (yours), for a whole host of reasons.
    Thanks!

You can use BPS with any other security plugins. As far as overkill goes the thing you should be concerned about is resource usage/performance hits for your website.

Wordfence is a godd scanning plugin, but it is “expensive” in the website resource department. If you do not have a minimum of 256M allowed memory limit available to you/your website with your Hosting package then you might run into out of memory problems using Wordfence. Other than that issue it is a pretty neat plugin. ??

If you want to check plugin resource usage you can install this plugin >>> https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/p3-profiler/

Yep, that confirmed my thoughts re resource usage – that was one of my concerns.
Most of my sites are on a shared hosting environment which tops out at 128mb per site, so I think it may be time for me to reevaluate.
Thanks for reminding me about the P3 plugin, I’ll revisit that too.
    Thanks heaps,
    Jas

I just took another look at your Pro offering, I can’t for the life of me figure out why I didn’t choose this path already – I’m off to purchase a licence now ??
