Using Woocommerce With Ozark Theme & Elementor Product Pages Break

    Hi, I’m trying to make a website for a client and have used woccomerce to setup their payments. The theme is Ozark and uses elementor (free) too. I noticed that any pages that woocommerce ‘uses’ breaks and does not show any products. For example:- I set the shop page to a page I designed in Woocommerce or even the default page, when I open it without assigning it to the Shop page, it opens normally. But, when I link it to Woocommerce’s Shop page, it breaks and does not show any products.

    Here’s what I’ve tried to fix it:

    • Used health and troubleshooting to find the plugin that is causing the problem, seems to be elementor and woocommerce.
    • Uninstalling and installing Elementor.
    • Changing permalinks.
    • Installing many plugins that said they would fix the problem.

    Any insight would be a huge help. Thanks!

    Hello @dibas123456789 this isn’t the right forum for this question. You’ll want to post in the WooCommerce forum next time. I’ll answer you here for now.

    The reason that happens is when you assign the page as the main Shop it takes on a different template than the one you designed using say Elementor. If you want to design a custom page for the Shop page, just don’t assign it.
