Using WordPress through GoDaddy – not sure how to set up Filezilla/FTP?

Hi,

I use the managed wordpress through GoDaddy and not long ago managed to completely ruin my site by adding a plugin (after that I was unable to even get onto the dashboard and when you type in the URL of my website it goes white and says ‘Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas06_data03/51/2350951/html/wp-content/themes/trident-lite/inc/jetpack.php on line 20’).

I’ve been told I have to use Filezilla or something to remove the plugins from the site – but I’m not sure how to do this? I’ve read the pages on it on here but it doesn’t say much about what to do if you’re doing it through GoDaddy. Please help!!!
