Using WP commenting function on website – as well as on a separate blog

    I’d like to utilize WordPress commenting for my website on a bunch of project pages. I have a WP account and separate blog [on a sub-domain] which works perfectly fine, but really like the way WP commenting functions. Is it possible to add a commenting section to each HTML page? If so, how???
