    Hello Jigoshop,
I’m continuing to fix my cart update issues with my website. I’ve been told from a previous discussion that this most likely always is caused by a caching plugin. My caching plugin is WP Super Cache.

I’m going back and making sure I have the plugin configured correctly according to jigoshop’s instructions here>>> https://www.jigoshop.com/documentation/using-caching-plugins-jigoshop/. But I’m running into a problem. In the jigoshop article, For WP Super cache, #4 it says “Add here those filenames”. On my website, my only option for WP Super Cache in advanced settings is this, “Add here strings (not a filename) that forces a page not to be cached.”

So my questions is, do strings have to be written down differently?
This is what i’ve got written down in the box:
    wp-.*\.php
    index\.php
    cart
    checkout
    thanks
    my-account
    my-account/change-password
    shop
    order-tracking

There is no option for me to add filenames to be excluded. There is only an option for me to add filenames that can be cached…..but that’s NOT what the jigoshop article wants me to do.

Please let me know if I’ve got my configuration correct. Thank you VERY MUCH!

    Hi,

    cart
    checkout
    thanks
    my-account
    my-account/change-password
    shop
    order-tracking

Remember that these addresses should be the ones you have on your website – if you renamed the cart to “basket” it has to be basket, not cart ??
From the looks of it the config is correct ??

    Problem solved!
Apparently the settings in WP Super Cache have to be modified for my website so additional e-commerce pages (store, product) are excluded from the cache in order for the site to work properly. I excluded “store” and “product” pages using the advanced settings on WP Super Cache and now the “empty cart” and “update cart” buttons function properly.
