Using WPForms Field Information in Jetpack CRM

  • Hi,
    I need help with troubleshooting my recipe. Basically, when I enter information in my WPForm and click the submit button, the recipe should trigger and send the (mapped?) field information to create a contact in Jetpack CRM accordingly. I expected to see the following values in particular (field names in bold text):
    Business Name some busi.
    Business Address
    1234 Client St.
    client’s address line 2
    Client City, Washington
    12345
    US
    Website / URL
    https://somewebpage.org
    Business Email
    [email protected]
    Business Phone
    +12011234567
    These are the “Contact Vitals” fields that I see in the Jetpack CRM created contact profile:
    Total Value $0.00
    Quotes None
    Invoices None
    Transactions None
    Source Manually Added
    Company No Company on File
    Address Details No Address on File
    Telephone Contacts No phone number on File

    I’d like to attach the relative screenshots, recipe .json export files, etc. but this editor doesn’t allow it. I’m not certain what I did wrong with the recipe creation. Thoughts anyone?
