Using YARPP on only one page (main index but not single post).

I only use the YARPP plugin on my .com/blog/ page and not on single posts or pages.

I know how to not display it, but it is still doing work on each post/page that is loaded?

How should I configure the plugin to only do work on .com/blog/ and not every page.

I’m trying to optimize the speed of my site, and every little bit helps!
