    Hi

I find your plugin smooth and perfect for our needs. Tested with local install. I use Bricks builder and we are planning to have a Custom Login Page + Custom Password Reset etc. You know how it is ??

But, in our testing, we find that the 2FA is served afresh and either it conflicts due to “redirect” to our Custom Login Page (Bricks) or it goes back to WP standard login page for 2FA form (Elementor). We are NOT using a modal window – just a custom page.

Please suggest if there’s a workaround for this? Alternately, if there’s a shortcode or snippet with which we can display your 2FA form (user input) inside of the custom page itself.

Thanks in advance for any guidance/help.

    Vy

    Hello there!

Thank you for reaching us today!

I’m afraid that there is no “shortcode that displayes the 2fa code page”. This might be something we will incldue in the future.

We have no experience with Bridge visual builder and also we cannot understand exactly what the problem is in your case and how the conflicts manifests and if there are any errors generated while performing the actions described (e.g. server errors generated in debug.log , or/and browser console log errors).

Would you be able to elaborate, maybe send a screen recording, just to better visualize all these problems that you are facing?

Or even better, would you be able to send us a copy of Bridge, along with some steps in order for us to be able to set it up on a test website and try to reproduce the problem.

Please do not share any personal / technical / sensitive data on these forums. You can send us an email at [email protected].

    Many thanks!

    Thank you for your response.

I have gone through your website in detail and I find that only in your Pro version you offer a customizable 2FA code page (for user to enter 2FA code after username/password). Thus, I withdraw my question and will close this as resolved.

Steps to reproduce what I am describing.

    • WP login page = custom page or standard wp-login.php. Enter username/password. (We are able to customize a page for this login action)
    • If 2FA enabled, browser redirects to wp-login.page, but this time will show a form to enter 2FA code. (This is the page we are NOT able to customize as this is system-generated or your plugin-generated and is not available for our builder to customize). I understand this “page” is customizable only in your Pro version from your website.

Thank you for the clarification. Indeed, customization of the 2FA page and any other 2FA related pages / sections, can only be customized in the premium edition of the plugin.

Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

    Have a great day.
