Using Zencache with cloudflare?

It appear to me running a site with pro verious and without the cloudflare apache mod running all ip’s seems to be coming from cloudflare which means zencache gives them the same static content over and over.

I’ve installed the cloudflare plugin too and this does not seem to change anything, is there any specific configuration i have to do to make it work?

I will try later by installing the modification in apache but most installations are probably not able to do this (shared hosting etc)
